Manage family members and access

  1. Check each adult’s permissions

You need family-management permission and access-management permission for the child and practice. Open Members and access. Use Invite adult to delegate only permissions you hold. An invitation gives no automatic access to children added later.

    F-10 · Check each adult’s permissions
  2. Change or revoke access

Use the member’s Edit or Revoke controls for the relevant child and practice. Check the confirmation: revoked access stops screens, emails, exports and calendar updates in that scope immediately.
